Ole boog doesn't pay for shit for me...1448 is walking
glad dave is moving his ass
ole boog tired of paying for his otardcare lipitor
Most was a quick gate walk... Anyone done C25K? Any better plans?did you walk it?
What is high normal? Serious question. Even borderline hypertension can be bad.Ole boog doesn't pay for shit for me...
My lipids are fine. BP is high normal but good, that's the only issue to deal with.
Ran a 5.5 for the first 3rd, not a good choice. Fast walked the rest. Give me a month, I'll get there.
I know several people who have done C25K. Excellent way to get results. Most was a quick gate walk... Anyone done C25K? Any better plans?

Corrected to 120/72... That was last white coat measure. Home numbers average out consistently a point or two lower on the systolic. Is that an average?
I don't think that would be considered high normal. The big killer is on the diastolic end. You're sitting pretty at an average of 72.Corrected to 120/72... That was last white coat measure. Home numbers average out consistently a point or two lower on the systolic.

Better cardiovascular health through pharmacology is definitely the way to go. No need to kick the ARB unless you're having issues with low blood pressure. That's my description, doc says it is fine. Note that is with a small dose Losartan - my goal is to kick it, doc advises just to ride with it.
When I was biking - when I was in the final year of an earn out and coasting at work/had the time - I got my numbers down to 110 ish/ 62 ish. Of course that was a decade ago, so might not see that. The running program is of interest because I can squeeze it in more readily than a bike ride these days.
You shouldn't skip a day of the losartan. Cut them in half until you get the 50s.This AM I took HYDROCHLORthiaz TAB 25MG only. Doc is reducing me to 50MG Losarten from 100. I don't have the 50's yet. Tomorrow I'll take the 100 then skip a day till mail order arrives.
Some evenings I've had 97 over 45 blood pressure. Then I might run and get 113 over 67. I check regularly at the left wrist.
I do home compounding.Pill splitters are cheap/free @ most pharmacies. Easy to do with pocket knife or tomahawk also
Yeah, dilauded, propofol, whatever I have on hand.Laudanum, peyote on hand ?
I think propofol was part of the cocktail the anesthesiologist used when I had the carpals done. Of course, no recreational, just out, like a light. Grrr.Yeah, dilauded, propofol, whatever I have on hand.![]()

BP looks really good though as long as those 97/45s aren't making you dizzy when you stand up.
(in Venezuela)
Yes, that's what made his diaphragm stop sending the signals to the heart. The propofol is the ‘milk’ that killed MJ: great stuff but not when the doc takes smoke breaks or whatever
And the reason for your elevated BP today is skipping the losartan. It's half life isn't long enough to carry any therapeutic effects into day 2.Thanks so much, 007. I never thought to cut the 100's in half. See how slow I am?
It's been a while but I have become dizzy when standing up.
Right now my BP is 142 over 69.
Propofol is a great sleep aid for dead people.Yes, that's what made his diaphragm stop sending the signals to the heart.
Same as mixing benzos and opioids.
Dangerous bidness.
They use propofol to induce unconsciousness. They do that so you aren't scared shitless when they paralyze you to secure your airway via intubation or LMA.I think propofol was part of the cocktail the anesthesiologist used when I had the carpals done. Of course, no recreational, just out, like a light. Grrr.

Speaking of that, me and 3 buddies are running a short triathlon as a team and I am the runner in the group. The race is in 5 weeks and I have to run a 10k. I’m telling my buddies that I can cram for it like a final so I will start training the week before. I should be good to go since I haven’t run that far since high school.Ole boog doesn't pay for shit for me...

Dude, you have your work ahead of you, but confident you will get it done!Speaking of that, me and 3 buddies are running a short triathlon as a team and I am the runner in the group. Seriously, my strategy right now is to run a mile and walk a mile. Our only goal is to beat another buddy who is doing all three legs.
One other hope I have is that our swimmer drowns and I don’t have to run.
When we signed up I had a lot more time to get ready but don’t anymore. Oh well. Should be fun in any case.
One more thing....we signed up for a half triathlon 4 weeks after the this race. I have to run 13 miles. That’s going to leave a mark.
Hmmmm, worth seeing. Anyone wanna make book on this? Proceeds to charity.
that was tongue in cheek...so good for you. That BP isn't bad at all...maybe just a shade north of being ideal. I'm all for staying healthy and the body was meant to move around. Most was a quick gate walk... Anyone done C25K? Any better plans?
Killing me smalls.pushup. Contest. Biden style.
I have a 29" inseam - so a fast walk is like 3.5 mph for me. I am stubby!that was tongue in cheek...so good for you. That BP isn't bad at all...maybe just a shade north of being ideal. I'm all for staying healthy and the body was meant to move around.
