I see that ESPN is bringing Hank Williams, Jr., back to Monday Night Football. They are expressing only "slight concern" about a backlash from fans for his return. A backlash for his return? It looks more like a desperate ploy on their part to recapture some of the fans they have lost since his firing.

F anyone who backlashes over this. Getting rid of him in the first place was dumb. Like him or not he he was a traditional part of it.
The fired Wiliams in 2011 because he said a meeting that a republican had with Obama was like meeting with Hitler. Williams was obviously in the wrong and deserved to be terminated.
He should have known he should have said Obama is a racist since Jemele Hill got promoted to SC6 after saying Trump was a racist.
