2. He hires Nardo after the 2022 season. Obviously, he didn’t promote any of the coaches who had been on the staff for many years. Duffie, Hammer, and Clements were not thought to be qualified for a promotion. Red Flag. He then hires Nardo from a Div. 3 Program. Talk about a shot in n the dark.
Most CEOs would be fired for these decisions in the real world. Gundy is being paid more than most CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
