Don't say that stuff! May be a true statement but Gundy absolutely needs to quit saying things like that. He needs to tell them we DESERVE to be there if we keep winning and it'd be a joke if we weren't. Put them on notice and make it unequivocal and don't hedge your language. It gives the anti Big 12 guys wiggle room to leave us out. Sound familiar? That sounds too much like his tone before the OU game where he said Alabama was a better team than us and then we got left out of the championship game by .009.
Right or wrong, it's not just about the play on the field in this politicized system. You need to win the PR game as well.
