This guy had been a head coach for 5 years before he got the above job and his winning record was just .55
He got worse in conference each of his first three years and then it seemed to click.
I'm not saying our guy is gonna be this guy but we have seen our guy win some games against very good teams. So even the great ones start slow sometimes. Hopefully our guys fourth year will be the difference maker....it needs to be.
And someone posted last night.....he sensed a few things were starting to click.
It's probably because I sent a text to Coach that said START THE FRESHMEN. He didn't but they played a lot more and difference was night and day. They know how to play the game. Had they started and played more, I think we win the game. Non-starters shooting....47%, starters.....32%
Non-starters 6 assists, starters 5 assists.
