And the dumbasses in charge are giving the dogs left to die on the end of a chain back to the sob's that left them in the first place. Absurd.
Would love to see what the “practicing veterinary medicine w/o a license” is about. Regardless, what an ignorant thing for LE to be worried about. Bet there were that many looters within a 10 mile radius of where she rescued the dogs.
