Looks like his coaching staff would have been his brother Gregg, Miles Simon and Todd Lickliter (who's name Doug spelled wrong). Lickliter was the coach at Butler before Brad Stevens and then had 3 bad years at Iowa.

If that would have been the coaching staff, in a vacuum, do you think it's better than Boynton, Henderson and Evans + Gentry/new assistant?
