GOP Congress continues to fund Planned Parenthood

2 very similar choices is no choice at all.
I wonder if the current political climate will result in more individuals, who voted consistently, taking this path due to being worn slick by all the constant BS.
Or, if it will result in more individuals, who didn't pay attention getting sucked in and begin becoming regular voters...
When all is said and done, will the country have more active voters or fewer? I think more, but I could be wrong.
I switched to an independent because I got fed up. I will still never vote for a dem.
What sucks in Oklahoma is now I can’t vote in the republican primary runoff.
Not being a democrat does not make me a republican.
I was just pointing to your OP. You would never vote Dem, and you are bummed that you can't vote in the GOP primary. Sounds like you are GOP in all but name. What's the point in being IND? Is it just your way of expressing disappointment in the GOP?
I didn’t realize there were only 2 choices. Two years ago the only republican I voted for was trump.
I’d like to vote for Stitt for governor this year. Only way that happens is if he wins the primary.
I don't understand why any one would be a registered independent in a state with closed primaries. Squeak, just be a republican (or hell a democrat), no one is going to blame you for funding abortions. We all understand the political realities.
If you are referring to Oklahoma, I believe that the Democrats allow Independents to vote in their primary.
So Independents get to pick who loses to the Republican in November? I feel like Squeak would be better served picking the Republican they lose to.
If more people dumped parties because they’re frustrated by the system, then maybe those parties will change?

I'm registered Independent and have always been that way. I don't need any extra junk mail or robo calls bothering me during Big Brother.
Also everyone knows that Dems are the real racists, so you should be fine.
The parties won't care if you dump membership as long as you vote for them in the general. You are just losing your ability to influence the party if you don't vote in the primary.
