I wonder if you could explain what you find to be incorrect in what was said. I think they are exactly right, the Republican Party we have known for the last 70-80 years (publicly advocating for small government, reduced government intervention in the economy, lower spending, etc.) has been killed. (I said they publicly advocated for those things, not that they practiced them when in power.). Many of you rejoice at the demolition of the establishment, and maybe you have a valid point. But the conventional makeup of the Republican Party has completely altered. The Republican Party is dead! Long live the Republican Party!
The Republican party has been dead to me since Bush II. The Democrat party has been dead to me since the Jimmy Carter debacle.

With a two party system that makes it almost impossible for other parties or independents to compete we have to hold our noses and go with the lessor of the bad choices. I personally like the shit storm Trump causes and think he gets it mostly right but I hate the fiscal irresponsibility that would be even worse with a Democrat.
Take the wins where you can get them. There doesnt look to be any of them that are not going to gorge themselves on taxpayer dollars.
