I think this is remarkable, and I wish he and his peers would say things like this more often, and more forcefully. Unfortunately he buried the comment around his criticism of Trump, and so it got lost in the narrative. The thing is the left will never contemplate what he said unless they hear it from people like him, people on their team. I know Obama has said things like this before, but it's always as an afterthought. I wish he would devote an entire speech to this subject and go around the country giving that speech. It would be the most helpful thing he could do. I commend him for having the guts to go against the SJW grain.
