It was 106 here today. Worked outside fixing a rut the postman leaves by my mailbox. Dug out 5 feet of compacted road base, formed it and just finished up putting the finishing touches on the concrete. It was hotter than hell, took plenty of breaks to cool off and drank lots of water. Can't be a pussy living in Texas.
With that said we are leaving next Friday or Saturday on our annual escape the Texas heat for two or three weeks up in Traverse City. Finally got cleared after the knee surgery to get back on the golf course and can't wait to play in 70 degree weather.
Oh, down here we think e1 should just acclimate. We love 105. And tornadoes and extreme weather. That way we won't have to change or spend money, so we love it.
Mowed 3 acres in an Arkiesaw Sauna yesterday then did some edging and trimming and weedeating till almost dark. Today got in the side by side and treated a bunch of fire ant mounds for about 30 mins, soaking wet and went inside to get cool.

I have yet to ever get lucky and get a GW on my shark dives.
We had about 30 or so 100 yds away when we were out on the first day at 90' - needless to say it was a relatively short dive (20 some minutes). The thing I remember most vividly is a seal nibbling at my buddy's fins at 90' as if it was nothing.
I call it optionality. Toss something out there and see where the yahoos take it.
I think its the voices in his head one of which is female and possibly a Trans also. 🤣
