Don't fool yourself. The NSA can do that to a Mac OS or Android device just as easily as a Windows system.
Thank goodness Obama is gone before more Americans could be killed with out trials. Pretty much anything you do that is electronic the government monitors these days. They know everything. This is why they wanted everyone in the world to have a "smart phone" because it makes it easier to spy on its people and locate them.

It doesn't matter where it came from, *Nix and Apple being more secure is a huge fallacy. Keep your systems patched no matter which one you are running people.

MAC O/S at its core is based on BSD which is a Unix Distribution. While its not open-source nor binary compatible, its not unfair to call it a Unix distribution, much like an AIX or Solaris.
