He is probably tired of the rude and lazy Postal Empoyees., I know a lot of people here where I live are. Mail and packages being delivered to the wrong addresses, packages that have been opened and sometimes the contents are missing. Rude employees and branch Manager that does not follow up like he says he will do when you have any of the above said complaints or concerns.
My mail carrier is so lazy he backs up all the way to my front door just so he can chunk a package by the front door when all he had to do is take 2 more steps to place a package marked fragile properly.
Its not just like that here, other people I know have the same problems in other States. It has gotten so bad here that a US Representative for the 2nd District in Arkansas has requested people to forward their complaints to his office.
Just in the past few months I have had one item stolen out of a package, value of said item was 1,200.00. Another package had been pried open but luckily the contents were still there. Complained to the Manager to no avail., he said he would look into it and call me back in a few days, that was 3 months ago. I ship hundreds of packages a year through that Post Office and have spent thousands of dollars in there the past 10 yrs yet I get treated like that.

Or you could develop the personality and ability to successfully navigate complex tasks like... buying stamps.
Be careful. You keep saying that all 17 intel agencies agreed with Russia Russia Russia. Even the New York Times downgraded that a couple of years ago:
“The assessment was made by four intelligence agencies — the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Security Agency. The assessment was not approved by all 17 organizations in the American intelligence community.”
And who were the heads of these 4 agencies?
Clapper, Brennan, Comey and I don’t know the last one. But at least three out of the four are downright chumps. I don’t think these three are capable of providing an unbiased assessment on anything involving Trump.
