Cup after everything your parents fought for, if they could see their homophobic son posting on a message board they would be ashamed of you.
I’ve read cups parents obituaries online. This would absolutely devastate them. They worked for all lgbtq people to be treated fairly and with dignity. This is a sour day in the ***** family.

While he favors some socially liberal policies, as a former investment banker he’s very pro-business and sought many deregulations. He’s pushed tax cuts, fought against raising taxes on the richest, supports free markets, increased coastal and border patrols, etc.
He’s a mixed-bag centrist. The business-friendly positions and his priority on combating Islamic terror are 2 major hooks for Trump IMO.

I believe Trump tries a lot harder to cater to his righty base with socially conservative movements, like travel/military bans, “religious freedom”, etc. Macron doesn’t have near the same level of nationalist ideology, more open to reasonable immigration, such as middle eastern immigration.
