You're right. This is horrible. We need to remove all business subsidies/benefits given to all minorities based on race, gender or any other qualification the govt has come up with.
What does this have to do with diversity? This is about the gov't giving financial incentives to people. Because when you introduce "incentives", you'll always have people that work/game the system. I guarantee every govt program that has been introduced has been worked and abuse.
Get rid of all of them and you won't have to worry about abuse and stealing.
Diversity of meaningless inate characteristics needs to be strongly deemphasized. Diversity of thought should be promoted instead. Pretty obvious.
And the leftists now preach exactly the opposite.
