How Hillary has survived is actually more surprising than Trump, and I don't think it's even close. That puts him on par with the rest of the shit show running in this election. Donald didn't know what brexit was. Matter of fact no one in previous years would be able to survive the stupid shit he says. However, people are still fanatical about him. This goes to show you how people compartmentalize ideals and never reconcile. I wonder how many people reading these articles about Gary Johnson also didn't know about Aleppo. Unfortunately for him, he has little wiggle room to have brain farts.

I'm not a Gary Johnson fan, but who really cares about these gotcha questions from the mainstream media? Most of the people in the mainstream media are bonafide idiots, sort of like actors and actresses in Hollywood, and yet they strut around like they are among the smartest people in the world. It's high time we recognize most members of the mainstream media for what they are -- self-important blowhards without too much of a brain. Why we allow them to sabotage our candidates is beyond me. I also don't understand why it is only left-wing Democrat Hillary Clinton supporters who get to ask the questions.
Good Lord, how can any serious POTUS candidate draw a blank on Aleppo? It shows:
1. He has no intellectual curiosity. Given the reams of information and reporting about and from Aleppo, he's never had the curiosity to see what's going on? I guess it's not him or the 3 feet around him, so...
2. He's out of touch with the world and current events.
3. He couldn't even bs his way through it -- even if he wasn't up on it, you'd think he could seamlessly pivot and talk about the greater Syrian issues, which is sort of what the issue is about anyhow. He had to be spoon fed.
4. "What's Aleppo?" is the perfect microcosm of Libertarian foreign policy.
We are all aware that your war mongering candidate (and the current POTUS) knows exactly where she wants to drop bombs from unmanned aircraft like a coward.Good Lord, how can any serious POTUS candidate draw a blank on Aleppo? It shows:

Unless Hillary has hearing aids, which I don't think is the case because I've never seen her wear them during other stuff, she wears an earpiece during speeches, interviews, etc for the very same reason -- so someone behind the curtain can prompt her when she gets stuck.
It's almost like a former Secretary of State saying that a bracketed "C" at the top of a State Dept. communique must have referred to the alphabetical order of pages.
Wait, no it isn't; not at all. That was just another bold-faced lie.

I don't have a guy unfortunatelyMaybe your guy should invest in an earpiece then?
The facts never matter. It's the "gotcha" that they're after. That was bad by Johnson. The rest of his answer on the subject was coherent though.
And then you have this whole series of corrections by the NYT:
Probably ought not to mock someone for not knowing what Aleppo is if you don't know that Damascus is the capital of Syria.
Most people leave out the rest of his statement, "I think there is 1 left to go...Alaska and Hawaii I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit but my staff would not justify it." Ergo, 60 states?Would it be worse if he had said there are 57 states?
It's easier for them to tell her to say "I can't recall" than to give her a detailed answer which would trigger a coughing spell.Huh? I can't recall!
Do they still speak "Austrian" is Austria?
