Trump was just nominated for a third time for the Nobel Peace Prize.

That's right pilgrims.
We're on track to have a 6 to 3 conservative majority in the Supreme Court.
The 8 currently there are relatively young for that institution, so with ACB coming on board, this group will be intact for a long, long, long long time.

So, despite all the negativity being created by the libs and their thugs and goons, it's a remarkable time to be alive.

They are hyperventilating. I love it when they do that.

John Roberts is today's David Souter. Both Bush appointees.

It’ll be interesting to see what side Roberts takes if ACB is approved. Even without his vote, decisions many times will be 5-3 towards a conservative ruling (pending, of course, on the not very reliable Neal Gorsuch voting with the conservative block).

Would Roberts be willing to vote often on the dissenting side and his legacy as Chief Justice be one of the least impactful CJs of all time? Likewise, will he see the need to balance the court by voting with the liberal block more often? Or will he vote with the conservative block and his legacy be one of steering the court to a historic right direction?

In the ‘50s, Earl Warren was appointed Chief Justice by Eisenhower and expected to move the SCOTUS to the right. Instead, he became the swing vote that led to a massive left movement by the SCOTUS, leading to rulings that were massively reconstructionesque.

Yeah, Roberts really disappoints me. He has flip-flopped on rulings for different cases to where he obviously doesn’t have a truly rooted view of the law

That’s why justices who are constructionists are always what this country should strive to have take the highest bench, because they’ll look back at intent, instead of “feeling “ how the law should be

That's quite right.
The old chick with the blindfold holding the apothecary scale isn't supposed to have feelings and emotions.
She's meant to ascribe to the tenets of the Constitution, and nothing else.

Just because she’s blind, doesn’t mean she’s not racist..... just ask Portland’s peaceful protesters; they tried to burn her down (federal courthouse). The sheer audacity the Feds have in preventing a peaceful arson....
