DOJ has a problem, offer Hunter a more punitive plea deal and drop the universal immunity or just drop any pretense of equal justice and just drop all the charges Hunter was willing to plead guilty to.

The judge would have to sign off on dismissing the charges which is problematic for the DOJ.
