Last trip to Australia 1/3 - 1/20, there were plenty of articles in the news about gun violence in Australia. Two police officers were shot on 1/18 while trying to arrest a suspect. There are also numerous cases of drug dealers (yes criminals) who have weapons while all the law abiding citizens don't. Curious did anyone catch that on US news?

There is a movement afoot in Australia to loose the laws somewhat.
