That was the brilliance of moving the phraseology to "man-made climate change" after global cooling and global warming were busts. Now they can blame anything on "man-made climate change." Just a few years ago, Obama's mouth breathing climate czar tried to tardsplain how the "polar vortex" was caused by warming. The scientific community greeted him with "uhhh, no."
