Good article here - and I concur mostly with her... I do feel like the West can lead on climate change but ultimately it is innovation that will win the day and we have a marked interest in winning that battle...

The VC fund I work with is looking at some plays in this space and I have been doing some homework - my position is that innovation is the way forward. Regulation and tax incentives are a small lever to use but only when it clearly is aimed at jump starting innovation that positions the US for leadership.
