Fining parents of bullies

In today's world of rampant victimhood, any parent could be subject to this.

Better days when the bully just got a swift and severe paddling from the principal.

Better yet, teach your child how to defend themselves and beat the shit out of said bully. I had a daughter that was very small and was getting bullied by one girl. This was during Columbine HS. We met with school officials and they did nothing.

It got so bad her 5th grade class signed a petition on her behalf, she was only close friends with about 3 of those girls. This bully spit on her and tried to throw her down 2 flights of stairs, it had really escalated. School did nothing.

I told them I was taking my daughter home and was going to teach her how to street fight and that I hoped one day she decided to defend herself. They told me what a bad parent I was and she would be suspended for 3 days for fighting.

I said if you are not going to protect her she has a right to defend herself, and when she has had enough I said good chance she hurts this girl that was twice her size pretty good.

I spent 2 months everyday with her teaching her how to punch, elbow, kick, rake eyes, you name it. But the best move of taking your lead foot when you punch and make sure your step on their foot so that when you hit them, they fall to the ground and you can get on top and beat the shit out of them.

Told her the biggest rule was once you had the advantage to not stop when they begged you stop, hurt them bad enough they will never even think about looking at you again. I worked on her hard mentally, told her when she decided to defend herself she had to be all in and to know she would win the fight and she needed to be ready to take some physical punishment but had to be tough and want it more.

She spit on her and tried to throw her down the stairs again, got a call from the wife that our daughter got in a fight and was being suspended for 3 days. I said please tell me she beat the shit out of this girl, my wife said the school told her she put a beating on this girl, I was so proud of her for defending herself.

I went to the school with the wife to get our daughter, when we walked in they immediately started a lecture, I gave them the hand palm and said you were given multiple opportunities to step in and you said nothing to this girl’s parent, I know, she is suspended for 3 days, we grabbed our daughter and walked out.

When they no longer allowed hand fights in schools is when the knives and guns started. Most of the time after a fight you became best friends. Every single fight I ever saw in which someone stood up to the bully, the bully lost. Was it over confidence? Fight or flight instinct kicking in on the person being picked on? I stepped in on the play ground several times and beat the shit out of some of the bullies for picking on poor helpless kids, I was not the biggest, but I learned most bullies are really big pussies that needed a good azz kicking.

Fights in schools was not a bad thing, it taught kids things. Worst that happened was a black eye, bloody lip, lost a tooth, etc.... It is good for kids to learn when you bully that someone might actually defend themselves, have a right to, and their was consequences for your behavior.

That bully never again picked on my daughter, no one ever bothered her again.

Or their victim. I snapped and beat my bully’s ass when I was 17 after turning the other cheek for a year. It was a life changing experience and shouldn’t be discouraged.

We moved to a new town and my son was the new kid. He has a couple of challenges with Aspergers and that at times makes him a little different from other kids. He wanted to play sports and had a kid a year older that was picking on him.

My wife went to talk to the coach and got nowhere. I went to talk to the coach and he gave me the "boys will be boys speech."

I agreed and told him that the next time it happens, I'll give my son permission to tattoo the bully square in the nose.

I told my son that the other kid might be bigger and a year older and he might even be tougher. But when he realizes that you're going to take a hunk of hide out of him every time he messes with you, he won't go through the trouble.

I had a boxing background and had already taught him to throw a jab and a couple of combinations. He just needed to be let off his leash. The next day he tagged the kid and bloodied his nose.

I was called into the school office and told the principal and administrators what had happened and what I told my kid to do. After the meeting, the principal told me the other kid had it coming to him.

No one ever picked on my boy again.

If the child can, just beat the bully’s ass. If not then we move on to a meeting with the parents and if that doesn’t solve anything maybe the parent needs their ass best.

Did Roberto’s kid get a lot of bullying for his condition?

One of the best posts I've ever read on here. Agree with everything you said. I would've told the school folk to go f*ck themselves that day you picked her up after the fight.

This is my fear. This is a society that was bullied by the name Trump written in chalk on a college sidewalk. Could open a lot doors for further rights restrictions all in the name of 'protecting our children'.

Same here when I was in 9th grade, rich kid would pinch, punch and thump you while on the bus ride home. One day I had enough and when we got off the bus I didn't say a word and laid his ass out, never had another problem with him and we even became friends after that.
Looking back on it its probably because he was an only child and just wanted attention, he got it.
