Well no shit, of course DACA is unconstitutional. Democrats do this every time. They illegally create regulations knowing it will take years to work through the court system and during that time they create a huge problem that is next to impossible to fix once the case gets to the SCOTUS.

Well no shit, of course DACA is unconstitutional. Democrats do this every time. They illegally create regulations knowing it will take years to work through the court system and during that time they create a huge problem that is next to impossible to fix once the case gets to the SCOTUS.
I remember the O'Bungo speech where he literally said "I changed the law" to do this even though he had no power to do so. Just as with Trump's famous "Muslim Ban", judges will take a president's words and shove them right back up his ass.
