Pretty much summarizes why so many people loath the fed......can you imagine what imbecile brought this to the level of the federal government vs these farmers. Seriously, with all those white supremacist, racist police and vote suppressing conservatives running around and this is what their worried about ~8 inches of water on a .80 acre plot in the middle of a farm. But hey, we need to pony up more taxes so the weight of the federal government can further erode freedoms for those not on the government tit.
