Watched The Last King of Scotland this weekend.

Uganda was a terrifying place (as was the case with most African nations that allied themselves with the commies).

I just watched “Mandy”. Crazy, weird, bizarre, throwback horror revenge movie. Loved it. Thanks for pointing me towards it.

I’m looking for some good Halloween flicks.


I’ve played out all the old ones. I always have to watch The Excorcist during this time of year. The Omen is a good one too. All the new shit is just jump scares and nothing really is all that compelling.

If the new Halloween is good, I will be happy. Otherwise, I’m left to continue my search for something that really kicks.

First Man is getting a lot of positive buzz and Armstrong’s family says it’s a faithful interpretation of those years.

Beyond that I’m not excited about anything this fall.

For those of you with kids, a sequel to Wreck it Ralph is coming out around Thanksgiving. We thought the first one was pretty good and our son likes it, so we'll probably take him to see the sequel.
