DHS calls Haitian migrant’s alleged rape of disabled teen ‘heinous’
The Department of Homeland Security has called allegations that a Haitian migrant raped a disabled 15-year-old girl last Wednesday "heinous."
The fact that we flew this rapist here is sad, but that's actually not my question. I need a liberal to explain to me how these two statements aren't mutually exclusive:

If this individual has a US based financial backer (as required by the CHNV program), why is he living in a migrant hotel funded by state & federal programs?
