At what point does a reasonable person lead with the assumption that the null value is likely correct answer in all these hypothesized Got EEM moments?

At what point does a 3rd party observer recognize that the original observer (of the above hypothesized scenario) doesn't really concern themselves with truth but instead projection?

To what extent does the 3rd party observer allow the original observer to follow down a path of psychosis...as defined by not only the unhealthy detachment from what is reasonable to expect and the 1st person's health, but also the side effects harmful to those around them?
