and decides to throw the book at the young lady who caught it on videotape and then posted it online when the school did NOTHING about it. BTW, the school is still deciding whether or not to take any action against the kid who committed the criminal act.
Watch the video, the teacher just stands there and barely even reacts, no doubt this is something she's witnessed from this bully before.
At a minimum the school should have referred this assault to the police and removed this student from school in response. Instead, they decide to go with the old "shoot the messenger" offense and now they end up looking even more stupid and inept at the national level.
