Biff's donor is certainly doing well with his Whitefish venture.

Really, nothing to see. Running government like a business.

Maybe I’m very lucky, but that looks like fairly normal travel expenses for executives.

Or, is your point that PR count govern themselves?

lol those per diem figures for meals and accommodations are pretty damn low for execs

No bids, no auditing, no experience, but the per diem for electrical linemen is on par with American corporate executives...

Again, if the govt of PR didn’t vet this, who is responsible?

Is it federal money from the U.S. coffers or from Puerto Rico's coffers? Your question contemplates its puerto rico's money.
Then why is the PR utilities director making the decision?

LOL he's probably offended at the obvious graft. Most people are.

I appreciate your loyalty to Biff, but I don't think PR awarded the bid -- I think it was Biff's administration, wasn't it? Or that doesn't matter if you can find someone else to blame.

So who do you think is getting indicted today?

It was PREPA. The federal government isn't a party to the contract. FEMA is who raised the concern. Not very difficult to find info on this.

Information just gets in the way of sarcastic fluff.

That's the pablum he's able to process.

Hey dipshit, there is a CNN article that has quotes from the head of the utilities group about making the decision and why he did it.

You can go look it up yourself.
