Better believe they have a plan, the Dims are Dumb but they are not stupid. My guess is the kickback money is very hard to trace like Elon already mentioned, if not impossible. Better bet they knew it was illegal and did everything possible to make sure it cannot be traced back to them. Only hope is that DOGE is smarter and can find it.
