Taking my wife out for dinner Friday night... Where should we go? We haven't been to any of these places before:

Red Prime
Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse
Vast
Barrios Fine Mexican

My wife looked at the menu for Red Prime and thought it 'wasn't exciting', but liked the Broadway 10 menu. However, people we know who've been to both say Red Prime is better.

We are not picky eaters and like our steaks medium rare.

I liked the food at Broadway 10. Thought it was very overpriced. Had a couple great meals at Barrios, but the last two were not good and we probably won’t be back.

If you want to be in that area I recommend trying Ludivine or the drake. A little father out I’d go with paseo grill.

We love Paseo Grill, but have been there numerous times so trying to do something different. We haven't had Ludivine yet...

If you want gourmet French, a brand new place opened up in Edmond, "Fait Maison" (Home Made in French). The owner just opened up last Thursday and I went opening night and it is fantastic. He is a true Michelin Star rated French Chef from Cannes France where he had a top 3 Cannes restaurant for many, many years. He married an Okie girl and she moved him here. Not too often we get something like that here. I recommend

My only complaint about Broadway was how loud it can get in there. I have hearing issues so it makes it hard for me to hear everyone at the table sometimes. Great food though.

Sad to hear that Barrios has went down hill.

I went to Barrios for the first time about a week ago and thought it was good.

My go to place now to take people is the Jones. The food is good but the building is really unlike any place in OKC.

Good to hear this on Barrios I really enjoy the place. They have some good items on the menu.
