Good veto IMO. Am not against concealed carry (concerned about open) but you should absolutely take a class to get a CC license. Letting anyone over 21 & with no felonies carry with no training requirements is asinine and would create so many issues. Just too many goofballs out there.....

You don't think those same goofballs aren't already carrying? I feel this is mostly about nothing. As seen in other states where similar laws have been passed, nothing much changes, other than the guy who isn't registered is no longer a felon for having a gun in his glove box. Otherwise, those that want guns already have them, and those that don't care to carry aren't rushing out to do so just because they no longer need a permit.
