FoxNews reports, "House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes exclusively told Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures" that he is preparing to send eight criminal referrals to the Department of Justice this week concerning alleged misconduct from "Watergate wannabes" during the Trump-Russia investigation, including the leaks of "highly classified material" and conspiracies to lie to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court."

No need to post a link since it will be all over the place.

She wasn't supposed to lose. Peter Strzok made a promise.

Preparing. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Leaking information to the media and then using the resulting stories as "independent" corroboration to get a FISA warrant to spy on a political campaign seems pretty shady, no? If the crack team of "Republican" FBI folks like Strzok and McCabe had such a solid case, why would they need to do something like that?

Any thoughts who might have been the first one to accept a deal to turn people in? Or to get a favorable recommendation to the courts?
No guarantees they will be prosecuted. Eric Holder was referred for similar and no action has been taken yet. Of course, that was during the Obama administration.

I agree...it is Washington, D.C. and perhaps it is part of what I call the political churn. That all said with what the Dems did with Trump, if the Reps do not squeeze and pull on the balls on the Dems as hard as they can on this? You can guarantee the Dems will do more dirty tricks, you have to get justice if it is there to be had, you have to.

No guarantees but this stuff will be difficult to sweep under the rug as more and more comes out.

Redacted Meuller report next and then OIG, declassification etc. gonna get ugly.

Agree. Although I have felt for a long time that neither party really wants a thorough investigation into everything on both sides of the aisle. It might expose all sorts of stuff lots of establishment types don't want out there.

Plus, BONUS!
Per chief of staff Mulvany, Trumps tax returns will NEVER be revealed.
Smoke that in your badly needs cleaning bong.
Ah, it's a wonderful time to be alive. ;)

Lol dude sued a person pretending to be a cow. Let's all tune in for the next installment of Nunes legal thinking.

It takes one dumb lawyer to think that's what it was about. I'll give you this, you see a need, you fill a need.

LOL you're so hateful. What does the cow suit have to do with this, besides demonstrating shitty legal judgment?

By gummy.... Nunes is on a roll.

FoxNews reporting; "House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes filed a $150 million lawsuit in Virginia state court against The McClatchy Company and others on Monday, alleging that one of the news agency's reporters conspired with a political operative to derail Nunes' oversight work into the Hillary Clinton campaign and Russian election interference."
