He has consistently said he wants to play with his brother Donovan, who holds offers from several of the common schools on Devin's list, including Baylor, Michigan and TCU.....but no OSU. We are REALLY tight on scholarships right now, but Devin is a true difference maker, and Donovan can definitely play as well. This is an interesting situation.
