Homecoming is my birthday. Make it a good one for me and dispatch of the chickenhawks by halftime, OK? We haven't played a clean, 3-phases-won game yet. I wanna see it, because I know all these flashes of brilliance in each area this team is having are supposed to come together eventually - I just don't know when. I THINK this team hitting on all cylinders has the potential to win the conference and represent the Big 12 in the playoff, but I'm still very skeptical. The lack of a legitimate running game is a monumental obstacle for us to overcome in the near future against more explosive teams. Make me a believer. If Mason has to throw for 400 yards a game and JW has to have 5-10 carries for us to put points on the board, then that's our gameplan and let's roll with it and stop the incessant 2-yard inside dives. Sometimes you just can't run the ball - it happens.
