Criminal Justice Reform, who is Scott Biggs?

Oklahoma has one of the worst incarceration rates and recidivism in the country. Our prison system is bankrupting the state.

I have no idea if any of the 5 bills Scott Biggs is blocking are any good but shouldn't the issue be debated and open to amendments.

Probably the same douche who stopped Indian tribes from using dice and real roulette balls which would of raised 20 million for teacher salaries.

Won't disagree but where we differ is I think your liberal heroes are even bigger fools.

Difference is the conservatives and liberals on here is conservatives will rip both sides for their incompetence, liberals defend their incompetents.
