From the Oklahoman:
STILLWATER — The Oklahoma State basketball team's roster attrition has prompted an interesting addition: a third-year manager.
Tanner Taylor, in his third year as a student manager for the Cowboys, was added to the team's roster ahead of Wednesday night's Bedlam game in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Taylor did not dress for the game, but he is listed as a 6-foot-1, 170-pound guard. He attended Emporia High School in Emporia, Kansas, and will wear No. 35.
He originally came to OSU as a walk-on safety on the football team.
Taylor did not participate in the walk-on tryouts OSU held last week following the dismissals of Michael Weathers, Kentrevious Jones and Maurice Calloo, which left the Cowboys with nine players. But given his time around the team, he knows the Cowboys' plays and could see time on the court if needed going forward.
