Cousin Eddie, FTW.

Wow. Seems like heartfelt remarks. He's brought many a laugh and smile to a lot of people and I hope he finds career happiness in Hollywood again. He touched on something else, and this is something that has been puzzling me since the election. What many are forgetting is that the Republican base moved a little bit leftward in nominating Donald Trump. Donald Trump is not the Mr. Conservative Ted Cruz type that the left has always acted so afraid of. The Republican base rose above the Culture War dynamic to defeat globalists and, in so doing, nominated a billionaire New York City man with billionaire New York City tastes and values. The Republican base realized that the American people -- liberal and conservative alike -- were getting played. And they were tired of it.

They also forget the round of applause Trump got when he said he supported the LGBT community and their rights.
