I want to extend my driveway. What does it cost to lay about 120 sq feet of concrete? Does it matter if it's a perfect square? What if it's bumping up against a rounded driveway and some sidewalk? I can take pics if necessary. I want to have some honest numbers in mind before I have guys come out and give me estimates. I don't want to get bent over because I really have no idea what it costs, have only heard it's expensive.

I'm not a concrete contractor, but have a degree in CM from OSU. Whatever you do, I recommend you include at least 4 inches of compacted limestone under the concrete. I have poured a couple of drive ways working with a friend with great success. No cracks!
It’s a small amount so it will cost more per square foot than a large project but it shouldn’t cost over $5/SF. Your problem is that it is only about 1/8 of a concrete truck so it needs to be made in a mixer on site.
No problem with rounded driveway and sidewalk. Square doesn’t matter.
Purkey is right. Concrete always cracks here in Oklahoma. You want to be sure the cracks are in the pre planned joints! I have seen too many driveways poured without a limestone "bed" and some are lifting two or more inches! At 120 SF and 4" thick, you are looking at approximately 1.5 cubic yards. At 5" thick you could still pour 120 SF. You can get a delivery in Tulsa of 2.0 CY for $200 plus an extra $100 for the load because it is less than 6 CY. I prefer using re-bar, #4, or you could use WWM (welded wire mesh). If you care about the finish, you probably want to hire a finisher to help you! On the limestone bed, it will need to be watered in and compacted.
I had to have my driveway redone about 6-7 years ago. Was cracking bad in some places. I had an estimate from one of the well know name concrete companies (starts with a B) that came in just under 12k. By accident a guy told me about a Mexican guy that was good and i had him do it for just under 5k. He did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money.

Sorry to mislead, but I don't do concrete. My wife's family has the concrete business in Woodward. I'm an industrial engineer... so if you need me to run a stop watch, I'm your guy.
