One side plot to all this is to take this shifted narrative and examine it. Like, colluding with a foreign enemy to win an election isn't illegal, so it's perfectly fine. That's all that matters - whether it's a crime. Forget whether it's a good idea for a POTUS to be in bed with our enemy,or whther our enemy thinks electing him is what's good for our enemy.
