“Cohen is expected to plead guilty to charges related to bank fraud, tax fraud and a campaign finance violation, stemming from a federal investigation in New York. He is scheduled to appear in federal court in Manhattan at 4 p.m. Tuesday.”

"Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, on Tuesday reached a plea agreement with prosecutors investigating payments he made to women on behalf of Mr. Trump, a deal that does not include cooperation with federal authorities, two people familiar with the matter said."
Thought "a deal that does not include cooperation with federal authorities" was interesting.

If he has copped a plea with no cooperation being part of that plea I would think they have the goods on him, but nothing else. Looks like he won't be flipping.
Perhaps, but I wouldn’t rule out cooperation yet...this guy doesn’t wanna spend years away from his wife and kids.
We’ll see, but Flynn pled guilty and has cooperated for a while now. If they threw a year or 2 less prison time at him, he may eventually cave.
SDNY isn’t screwing around, this is all gonna be by the book, he will agree to a cooperation agreement in the coming weeks and months. The real key here is whether or not he pleas to a campaign finance violation and whether or not there are any unindicted co-conspirators.
Cohen is pleading guilty to 8 counts including campaign finance violations, the President is referred to as the Candidate twice in the plea. A media CEO, David Pecker of AMI is also referred to in the plea.
If he holds on until November 2020, he could very likely get pardoned.
People took jail over testifying against the Clintons and if I remember right, Ollie fell on the sword rather than testifying again Mr. Regan. Why would this be any different?

Yeah, the same kind that John Edwards was tried for and was found not guilty. I wouldn’t get too excited about this just yet.Cohen has just, for all intents and purposes, implicated Trump in campaign finance violations, referring to $150,000 and $130,000 payments.
He was found not guilty on one count, mistrial on the other counts. He was never retried on those other counts.

Unless I'm missing it, there's nothing about payments on behalf of Trump in the plea.
There's nothing it in it at all that would lead to co-conspirators.
