There is too much money in politics. I don't think you can legislate it out though, as freedom of speech and what not.
You fix it by removing the power structure. Term limits would go a long damn way in reducing the money grab.
The excessive money is a symptom, not a cause. It's easier to fix a symptom than go after the cause which is a fundamental problem in our government.
Apparently money can't but you an election.
Guess it can help keep it close though.
It can if you're smart enough to know what states to spend it in and are healthy enough to actually get out and campaign.
Against it before, against it now. Crazy IMO to grant personhood to a legal shell. With corp money now clearly against DJT happy to see it live another 4 years - then kill it dead....
"Legal shells" are considered persons within the scope of a wide ranging multitude of laws.
IMO? Not really. But, the point is that it's really nothing new or revolutionary.
