TPOKE...you are 100% right sir! Was with some of my Australian clients today in Melbourne and they said the same thing "her conditions" will include pre-accepted questions and with limited time for questions or rebuttals. Of course these are the same opportunities the libs will give to Kavanaugh when he is questioned.
What I want someone to answer is why, in 2012, when she talked to her therapist would she say she was afraid Kavanaugh would be nominated to the supreme court someday that she didn't try to ruin his stature before he could even be nominated? Seems doing that would have ensured he would never be nominated.
