So it begins in the most appropriate city, distracting attention from an obscene murder rate that only the victims' next-of-kin care. Obama has a habit of remaining silent in situations like this because he is on board with it just like he was in Ferguson and Baltimore.

He chimes in when the perps are deemed victims not when the perps are the agitators and the one who cause the disruption. He can't find a mic, TV and teleprompter fast enough when the event fits his views but when it doesn't he's nowhere to be found. Has he said anything about Kate Steinle's murder yet?
