A group of us attended that wonderful game at CU last Friday. We all know it was a shit show, so no mention of the game.

  1. The stadium is a pain in the ass to get in to. Makes me really appreciate BPS. We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes to get through one of the 2-3 metal detectors to get to the stadium. Then we had to stand in line for another 10 minutes or so to have some one scan our tickets to get into the stadium. We had suite tickets, so we had to go stand in line again for about 5-10 minutes in the suite line to get out tickets scanned again and get a wrist band. Then we had to stand in line for about 5-10 minutes for the elevator. So the most expensive seats are the most difficult to get to? Makes sense.
  2. Suites are decent, not near BPS. The bathrooms in the suite level were about like our GIA bathrooms.
  3. View was AMAZING from the suites with the mountains in the background.
  4. OSU fans are definitely special. I realize that even more after attending this game and not a CU fan said anything to us. We were a pretty big group of OSU fans, no one said welcome, kiss my ass, nothing.
  5. Went to campus corner afterwards and their bars/restaurants suck. They were all really small and nasty. Went in a few and the college guys all acted like they were 12 and for the entire game/campus corner experience we did not see one good looking girl. I feel bad for the guys attending there.
  6. Beautiful campus.
  7. The only people that did talk to us were a few people in the suite next to us after we initiated it. Every single one of them started off with “ What the hell happened to you guys?” They were amazed how bad we were. Of course, we agreed and wished them the best.
