ccp/dnc dave on the pod

As someone who has respected Cramer for a while, I was highly disappointed with that statement. Less than a week prior, he was telling everyone to be careful because the market was facing significant headwinds. I've always known he was a Democrat, but he's usually been good about keeping politics out of his analysis. However, that statement came across looking like a shill and that he belonged on MSNBC not CNBC.

ccp/dnc dave says if you ain’t up fiddy puhcent

you doing it wrong

here’s to the living wage lolz

The fact that rent is only up 3.5% is clear evidence that this inflation number isn't going to get better in the short term. With the rate that property has increased in value, rents will have to catch up and 3% and catching up.

I've told all of our tenants that we will be raising rents after the first of the year due to a substantial increase in property tax and insurance. Rents will have to increase $150 a month just to cover the additional expense in both.

When they complain tell them to call Joe and thank him.

Same here- have several renters and I just don't know how people can pay more in gas, food, rent and everything else- this is scary crap.

F the global left and all of their water carriers

I do feel bad for our tenants, they didn’t vote for the senile corrupt POS in the Whites House but they will have to pay for the brain dead idiots that did. Like everything else with the left, innocent people end up paying for leftist policies.

Who raised your taxes and insurance rates?

With higher property values comes higher taxes and higher insurance premiums. On one hand it’s a good thing but on the other it’s a bad thing. Add in higher cost of material and labor for repairs and it equates into higher rents for tenets, which in turn causes harder times on the working class.

this board of non sheep knows

ccp/dnc dave creating a smoke and mirror path to blame shift/gaslight deflect

when we all know the “living wage” for the working class mantra was the same BS that brought down the Berlin Wall.

the difference now is the ccp adapted and created new strategy

compromising and infiltrating this great country to create chaos and destroy us from within

grandad laid waste to the bugle blowers along the 38th parallel

America is now at a place where banging feng feng gets you a place on the intel committee and ccp/dnc libtards do not care about anything more than the giant tit of opportunity that is the republic.

Seriously what is up with Germany. Is there something in the DNA that makes them susceptible to be controlled by lunatics. As having pretty close to 100% German ancestry wonder if I should worry.
Ich bin verbluefft. Der durchschnittliche Intelligeniquetient in Deutsdchland betraegt 100. In den USA 98.

I'm baffled. The average IQ in Germany is 100. In the U. S. 98.
