Can a sitting President pardon him or herself?

If they can't, eventually they will give themselves that power. How else could a fvcking millennial ever stay president for more than a year? I think what we have seen from the government in the last couple decades is exactly what George Washington and Thomas Jefferson said would happen. If they could have predicted cable news I think they would be surprised we aren't currently a pile of ashes.
Somewhere in this post is evidence of the war on women. When I find it I'll let you know.
