Democrats can't seem to get past the idea that every person that voted for Trump is an uneducated redneck racist yet he was able to carry northern states that no Republican had won in 30 years. That premise is just as asinine as the Republicans that thought the only people that voted for Obama wanted free stuff.
This economy has shit on the working class and one of the biggest dumps it's taken on folks is the ACA. That's why Hillary lost. She offered nothing to those folks but more of the same.
