There have been a number of articles highlighting how the Dems in Cali may actual be victimized by the jungle primary system used in the state. There are 3 districts where there is serious concern that there won't even be a Dem on the November ballot due to the number of Dem candidates in the primary cannibalizing the Dem base and thus allowing 2 Republican candidates carrying the top two ballot positions.
