Have you ever dealt with Top Secret documents? If you have , then there would be no doubt what your obligations were and what would happen to you if you didn't follow the rules to the letter......now Presidents do have more leeway, but, not as much as Trump thought he had
I have issues with all of it, but what Trump did which got in the most trouble was the obstructing justice part and the conspiracy associated with it

As far as document he was not entitled to have......he cannot just take documents, there is a procedure for declassifying them, and Nuclear secrets cannot be declassified by a President under any circumstances, only the OCA can declassify them

That's is certainly one view but one that is heavily biased by the Democrat's and the MSM false narrative about Trump. There is also another view that Trump had every right to the documents and that the Biden Administration went after Trump without regard for the law or precedent.
